This year we’re again offering our very special
“What’s on at Woodies” newsletter subscribers the chance to take
home lots of fantastic giveaways.
Our first giveaways for 2009 are two gift packs
of wine from the exceptional Devil’s Lair range.
The winners of these fantastic wines will be the
first two people who can correctly identify the region that the
Devil’s Lair Fifth Leg Rose’ comes from and tell us where
on our wine list you would find this wine located (we’ll
give you a hint – you can see our wine list at the restaurant
and also on our website).

Our other giveaway requires a little
imagination........For those of you who have
been to the restaurant lately, you will have noticed
a new addition to our local art collection, an
intricately hand crafted swagman, created by local
artist
Kris Harezlak entirely from a single piece of
Australian beech wood. We think that this
handsome fellow needs a name deserving of his
stature and so we are offering a $100 Dining
Voucher to the person who can come up with the
most creative name for him. |

Local Art
In case you aren’t aware, all of the art on
display at the Woodchoppers is especially created by a selection
of very talented local artists. Much of the artwork is
available for purchase so if you find yourself admiring a
certain item let us know and we can put you directly in
contact with the artist.
